We Love “Dental Wimps”

If you’re a dental wimp, come in to see us! Click here to schedule a free dental consultation, including X-rays.

Every day, we see patients who would consider themselves “dental wimps,” and we love to offer them gentle dental treatment and also a path back to their full dental health.

Dental anxiety comes in many forms, from mild to severe, and it usually crops up because someone had a bad experience with a dentist, at some time in their lives.

Whatever the cause of the fear of the dentist, sedation dentistry can help!

We offer all three types of sedation dentistry:
nitrous oxide (also referred to as laughing gas)
oral sedation (also referred to as conscious sedation)
IV sedation (also referred to as general anesthesia)

Sedation can be used to complement or replace Novocain making it a great alternative, especially for those who have sensitivities to Novocain or trouble getting numb.

The proper types and levels of sedation play a major role in making dental visits more tolerable, but we also do our best to make each dental visit as comfortable as possible.

If it makes you feel better to have someone accompany you to your dental appointments, please bring them with you. We often get calls from people calling on behalf of their spouses or partners, or moms calling for their adult children, or friends scheduling a dental consultation for someone they care about. There’s no shame in dental anxiety – the struggle is real, and we do understand!
