Have you always wanted to live in the Norman, one of Denver’s most stately buildings? Give us a call, (303) 222-0027 or e-mail, and we’ll tell you all about condos for sale in the Norman.

Originally built in 1924 as luxury apartments, the Norman exemplifies the opulence of the 1920s, in the time prior to the Great Depression, and stands today as one of Denver’s most noted historic condo buildings.

Designed by William Norman Bowman, an esteemed Denver architect of the time, the Norman was built in the Colonial Revival style and contains two wings, at right angles to each other. Ivy covers the blond brick exterior, and the tree-lined entryway and front garden area are simply exquisite. The Norman condos are listed on the National Registry of Historic Places in Denver.

If you decide to buy a condo in the Norman, you can expect to get: large windows, 9-foot ceilings, gorgeous mahogany made doors and trim, marble floors in the entryway, and an impressive antique brass elevator.

The 6-story, 50-unit condo building is located directly across the street from the west side of the Denver Country Club’s golf course.

From the Norman condos, you can walk to the Cherry Creek path, Washington Park, Cherry Creek North, and the Cherry Creek Mall. Downtown Denver is just a short drive or bike ride away.

The Norman has studio condos, one bedroom condos, two bedroom condos, and even three bedroom condos.

If you like the historic Norman condos at 99 South Downing St, just south of Speer Boulevard, you might also want to check to see if there are any condos for sale in these other historic condo buildings in Denver:
