Pain Free Dentistry

It’s our mission to ensure that you have a positive dental visit, each and every time that you come in for an appointment. We understand that a fear of the dentist can not necessarily be overcome simply by distraction (headphones playing your favorite music or a TV in the ceiling, both offered at our offices).
The comfort of our dental patients is our number one priority, and in addition to offering high quality dentistry in a safe environment, we’re also committed to offering the best in gentle dental care.
Pain free dentistry is completely possible!
While Novocain is certainly an option that helps ensure pain free dentistry, we also offer three types of sedation for dentistry.
Laughing Gas / Nitrous Oxide
Laughing gas (also known as nitrous oxide) can help relax you enough to tolerate a shot of Novocain and/or tolerate a dental cleaning.
Conscious Sedation / Oral Sedation
With conscious sedation (also known as oral sedation), you take a pill before your dental treatment, which acts as a sedative. You’re conscious, but less aware of your surroundings, and time passes quickly.
IV Sedation / General Anesthesia
IV sedation (also known as general anesthesia) renders you unconscious. It’s administered through an IV line that’s attached to your arm. We often use IV sedation for oral surgeries, complex procedures, and for patients who are extremely afraid of the dentist.
Do you find that you are feeling anxious about coming in for dental treatment? We invite you to contact us for your free consultation. Together, we can design an approach for you that helps calm your fears and block out anxiety inducing stressors.
